STAFFING OVERVIEW
We are very grateful to be able to provide graduates of The Journey To Nobody the opportunity to continue participating in the training experience by staffing. As we are sure you can imagine, staffing is a sought after experience, especially for those passionate about transformation.
Given the limited spots available for staff and the physical constraints in the training room, we have had to come up with a selection criteria that is as inclusive as possible. We have decided to give priority to those that have someone enrolled in the training they wish to staff, followed by the first come first serve principle.
The last day to apply to staff is 14 days before the training, though if you wait that long the positions will likely already be filled. You will be notified as soon as possible but at least 10 days before the training so you can make any needed travel arrangements.
You must reapply for each training separately. This is because of how the questions asked in the application relate specifically to the training you are applying to staff.

KITCHEN STAFF OVERVIEW
Staffing in the kitchen during the three days of The Journey To Nobody training is an essential and rewarding experience. Our primary intention is to professionally curate a safe and welcoming space where attendees can process through the inner blocks that come up, as well forge meaningful connections with other attendees. Each day, as dedicated kitchen staff, we rise early, ready to adapt to the dynamic needs of the training participants. Other than breakfast, the daily meal schedule is intentionally flexible, adjusting to the unique experiences unfolding in the training room. This crucial role of nourishing and supporting the training process through the kitchen is integral to creating the transformative environment required for attendees to take the profound Journey To Nobody toward personal growth and self-discovery.

CHOOSING INTO STAFF GROUND RULES
In order to be considered as a potential staff member, you must choose into the following ground rules for the duration of the training… meaning, from 4:00 PM the day of arrival until the training concludes three days later at approximately 8:00 PM. Please read them thoroughly so you are completely clear on your agreement.

• No new romantic relationships with anyone in the room or on staff until 30 days after the training.
• Keep complete confidentiality of others' experiences
• Keep complete confidentiality of the processes of the training
• Have your electronics completely silenced or turned off during the training
• Be your word
Training Room Specific Ground Rules
• Be in your seat one minute before the doors open
• No side talking during the training
• No food in the training room during the training
Kitchen Specific Ground Rules
• Be present in the kitchen and ready to support 2 minutes the Captain designates
• Keep talking at a low volume while in the kitchen area as to not become a distraction to the attendee’s experience
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL NOTICE TO THIS GROUND RULE
• Do not be a distraction to the attendees' experience
• This applies to the inside and outside of both the training room and the kitchen. Please avoid even small talk, as even this can remove the attendee from their training experience. The guideline is to professionally and politely perform your roles as if ALL of the attendees (especially friends and family) are strangers until the end of the training Saturday night.
